This platform holds your identity, your payments, and a log of every door you open. That deserves saying plainly.
What we hold
Your identity and contact details, your tenancy and its payments, the rooms you book, the events you attend, what you post, and a record of which doors your credential opened and when.
Who sees it
Your door log is yours. Staff see it only when investigating a specific incident, and every such access is written to an audit trail.
Your directory entry is opt-in, field by field. Contact details are never listed. Photographs from house events are only used with your consent, which you can withdraw.
