What follows is what we already know they will say, so you can see the shape of it.
What we expect of you
Your account is yours. Don't share credentials, don't try to reach another resident's data, and don't use the marketplace or the feed for anything you wouldn't say at the desk.
What you can expect of us
The platform is not the only way into the building. If it fails, your physical credential and the concierge desk still work — we will never make the app the single point of failure on your front door.
